Active Day Welcomes Charleston's TruCare Adult Day Members to Active Day of Low CountryApril 15, 2019
TREVOSE, PA – April 15, 2019 – Active Day, the leading provider of adult day health centers in the United States, is pleased to announce that in a true partnership between the team at Low Country and TruCare’s owner, we have successfully transitioned close to 30 TruCare members, along with their staff to the Active Day of Low Country (Goose Creek, SC) center.
TruCare Adult Day Center was a well-established adult day health center, in operation for a number of years, providing services to seniors in Charleston, South Carolina. Earlier this year, TruCare’s owner was considering retirement, but wanted to ensure her members would continue to be served by an organization committed to providing the highest quality care and personalized experience. Working closely with Active Day’s Business Development team, TruCare’s members transitioned smoothly into Active Day of Low Country’s program, just a few miles away.
Please join us in welcoming TruCare members and their team to the Active Day family!
