We provide a full range of adult day services and support programs to encourage and assist Individuals to be participating members of their community. Our services are available here

Are services provided person-centered?

The mission of our centers is to provide person-centered opportunities. The centers are staffed with attentive and caring direct support professionals (DSP’s). Our DSP’s are trained to be engaged and working on meaningful activities and programming unique to each individual to achieve self-determined goals.

Do you provide non-medical transportation (NMT) services?

Yes, we are proud to provide safe and reliable transportation. Our well-maintained fleet accommodates both ambulatory and non-ambulatory individuals.

What opportunities are available for transition students when they are finished with school?
