Over the last 25 years, we have successfully completed transitions for not-for-profit and for-profit healthcare systems, religious organizations, continuing care retirement communities, nursing home, assisted living facilities, municipalities, and counties.

We are committed to expanding our home- and community-based services to provide quality care in adult day care and home health care (private duty and Medicaid) as well as new lines of business complementary to our current services.

Acquisitions

We recognize that every program is unique. That’s why we invest individual time and energy to understand potential acquisition and merger candidates. We look primarily at candidates inside our current 15-state footprint. However, we are always open to establishing an Active Day presence in new states that meet our quality of care levels and financial criteria and that demonstrate strong growth potential.
