Active Day, the leading provider of adult day health services, welcomes Catherine Bird as the company’s first Vice President of People & Culture.
Cat brings over ten years of strategic human resources leadership to Active Day, most recently leading HR Operations for two operating groups at DaVita Kidney Care. Cat has a passion for leadership development and employee engagement and has created recruiting, on-boarding and development programs to enable business operations and growth. Prior to DaVita, she was a senior HR generalist at Iron Mountain.
In her role, Cat will focus on People & Culture and look to transform the way Active Day hires, trains and develops their leaders to best support the evolving needs of the communities they serve.
