Active Day Announces New Center in South Carolina

TREVOSE, PA – February 25, 2019 – Active Day, the leading provider of adult day health centers in the United States, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Club Horizons to its growing portfolio of centers. This Charleston-based center will join thirteen other Active Day centers in South Carolina.

The Club Horizons center developed with a focus on providing quality services to a specific population of young adults with special needs who are aging out of the school system. The center’s signature programming and structure has been designed to address the unique needs of these members.

“We are thrilled to have Club Horizons join our family of centers,” states Active Day. “We are particularly excited to learn more about their unique style of programming and weave those learnings into our best practices.”

Although the center will retain the name Club Horizons of Charleston, they join Active Day with a common mission – to provide the highest quality care through fun and engaging communities built on love and trust. Active Day warmly welcomes the employees, members and caregivers into the Active Day family.
