Bob Creamer joined Active Day as Chief Executive Officer in October 2017. Bob is devoted to growing the reach of Active Day across the country. He brings significant experience leading high growth, multi-state health service organizations. Over the past three decades, Bob has built healthcare delivery models that improve patient outcomes and increase business efficiencies, most notably at Gentiva Health Services. With his guidance, Active Day will continue to raise the profile of adult day health services so that more people can benefit from our services.

As the manager of our Human Resources (HR) Department, Tom will be the first to tell you that Active Day’s most valuable resource is our employees. Tom and his team are directly responsible for the overall management and administration of Human Resources. This includes education, policy, benefits, compensation, and performance management. Tom holds a BS from Penn State University and HR certifications from SHRM and HRCI. A key focus of the HR department at Active Day is to convey how rewarding it is to support our members in a uniquely positive atmosphere. As a result, we’re able to recruit and retain the most talented people. With 30 years of HR experience, Tom guides his department to provide the highest level of service to our employees through clear communication and an approachable demeanor. His initiatives continue to help Active Day become the company of choice for high performers.

Director of Marketing & Operations
Pam’s commitment to exceptional adult day health services means she is passionate about telling the Active Day story. She not only oversees our branding and marketing initiatives, but also supports day-to-day operations at Active Day centers. With over 20 years of experience in the senior services industry, she has a strong sense of how important quality care is to members, as well as to the health of the overall brand. In prior endeavors, Pam was particularly known for developing signature programs that drove both positive health outcomes and increased occupancy.

Director of Business Development
Howard has been leading Active Day’s Business Development efforts since 2015, during which time the organization has completed the acquisition of 20 centers and expanded into two additional states. In his role, Howard represents Active Day across the country at industry events and in national lobbying and advocacy. He has interacted with hundreds of adult day service centers and companies and brings extensive familiarity with various reimbursement, payor, and business models across multiple states. With a diverse professional background in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, logistics, and financial services industries in both large and small companies, Howard brings a knowledge base that spans financial, operational, human resources, and IT areas. From spending time at our centers and meeting center owners across the country, Howard maintains a deep appreciation for the important role we play in the days and lives of our members. Howard currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Adult Day Services.

Vice President of Information Technology
Active Day recently established this role so that Irvin can lead major technology initiatives on behalf of our brand. These innovations, which improve day-to-day operations at our hundred plus centers, include integrating a new Electronic Health Record (EHR), accelerating our Practice Management System, and engineering a new reporting and data analytics platform. With 16 years of healthcare technology experience, Irvin cites the satisfying opportunity to serve the communities through an amazing organization as the most exciting aspect of his role. He sees a direct link between introducing new technology concepts and enhancing Active Day’s ability to provide quality care.

General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer
With an extensive background in healthcare leadership, Patty understands the importance of how legal and compliance activities can drive and improve business performance and ultimately provide an even stronger member experience. Patty joined Active Day as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer in January 2018. She oversees Active Day’s legal affairs, corporate governance, and compliance program, and she directs M&A activities. With more than 20 years of executive level healthcare experience, Patty has supported the M&A activities of DaVita, Inc., served as SVP, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for DentaQuest, Inc., a dental benefits and insurance management company, and fulfilled the role of SVP, General Counsel and Secretary for Gentiva Health Services, a $2 billion publicly traded home health company. The experience and capabilities she brings contribute to a fast-paced growth mentality motivated by the genuine desire to excel with a person-centered approach.

Chief Financial Officer
With her role focused on the financial, Linda knows that the strength of her work supports positive member experiences. Linda oversees the overall financial operations for Active Day, including general accounting, financial reporting, auditing, and revenue cycle management. She leads the finance team in providing solid financial services to the Active Day operating team and to our members. Linda brings 20 years of experience in finance and 10 years of experience serving as CFO for healthcare organizations. She works hard to ensure that the positivity of the Active Day staff radiates to all aspects of our brand.

Craig lives the Active Day mission, vision, and values—and he is passionate about making sure our centers do too as they meet our rigorous standards for care. Craig oversees all aspects of daily operations at Active Day, and he supports the success of our dedicated Regional Directors. Craig has over 21 years of experience working for Active Day, and he is driven by a strong commitment to the members and families served by Active Day. Craig is proud of the growth that has expanded the Active Day family. He started with Active Day in 1997 and helped us grow from five centers to nearly 100.
